Weekly Guidance

Two cards are on a black and gold background. One card is the Page of Cups with a fawn curled up, stars circling it, and a moon above it. A small cup is before it, too. The second card is the King of Cups with a Deer sitting, a full moon behind it, and a cup in front of it.

✨July 3rd - 9th, 2023 Weekly Guidance✨

Good Morning Mystics!

The Page of Cups and the King of Cups are our cards for the week. And how cool is it to have two court cards come out, especially from the same suit! Like, wow. Amazing. Anyways, the weekly guidance asks us to take a look at these two cards in a couple different perspectives: that of energy, embodiment, and people in our lives.

The Page of Cups represents imagination, dreaming, fantasizing, love, and intuition. It's someone who likes to go for it, but might get lost in their mind a bit. We can ground this energy through the King of Cups, as this card represents someone who takes action on their dreams and intuitive hits. It's someone who is calm, collected, and deeply connected!

The page also represents student like qualities, while the King is more of a Steward. One is learning how to lead with love, while the other does it every day. How can you invited these qualities into your day-to-day life? How can you let your imagination soar? Or how can you give yourself space while still being able to hold it for others? Remember: it's important to take care of yourself before giving to others.

Throughout the week, if you can, give the gift of listening to another person's dream. Ask someone to listen to yours! We're officially six months into 2023, and we have another six to go. One of the things I'll be doing is journaling to see where I've been, where I am, and where I'd life to go. If you'd like, you can join me!

Journaling Questions:

  • Did something surprising happen between January - June? What made it so?

  • Did something unpleasant happen between January - June? If so, is it time to let it go, or are you still processing?

  • Is there something you haven't let go of that happened in the past six months?

  • How do you want to spend the next six months?

  • What do you want to bring into your life?

  • Is there something you haven't done that you really want to? Why or why not?

  • Is there something you can do today to begin? All it takes is one step!

Note: This is a general reading for the whole week which means it won't resonate with everyone. Take what does and leave the rest. Trust your intuition!
